Who can use the vacations? -   Anyone may use the vacations! One of the users must be 21years of age or older.

When can reservations be made? -  Reservations can be made any Sunday - Thursday excluding major holidays. Reservations just need to be made 30 days in advance! No groups please.

Is there a catch? -   No catch here! No additional charges. No timeshare presentation. All vacation packages are good for a full year! Taxes included!

Can I add extra nights? -  Absolutely! Simply contact us for great rates on extra nights, groups, or any special requests.

Why use vacation certificates?- Travel is considered to be the most desired and effective reward. Travel incentives are proven to to be more effective than cash or other merchandise incentives.

Vacation certificates carry a far higher perceived value than using a conventional marketing program such as 25% of regular price, etc.

How do your travel certificates work?- Your company will receive high quality certificates with your business name printed on the back. You give this certificate to your customers.They simply call the toll free number on the certificate to obtain a reservation request. A reservations package is then mailed out to the customer with instructions on how to take the vacation. Marketing Concepts does the rest.

How long does it take to receive our order?-  It all depends when you placed the order. If you place your order before 2:00 Pacific standard time, your order will be delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
